A mindful rhythm for optimal living
Each day is a new canvas. While I live with lupus, stroke, and kidney failure, I choose to show up — not perfectly, but with purpose. Here’s a look at my daily flow. It’s not strict or fixed — it adapts with the day, just like life does.
“We cannot always control outcomes, but we can control our daily intentions.”
On this page, I will provide regular updates on the changes I have made to my daily routine to improve my quality of life as a dialysis patient along with other alternatives that I am seeking help from. So stay tuned...

I added Acacia Fiber from NowFoods and Anthony's to my daily diet, as research has shown that it may help the body absorb toxins and lower creatine levels. This isn’t a checklist for perfection. It’s a living, breathing routine that evolves with me. Some days I complete it fully, some days I don’t — and that’s okay.
