Hi, I’m Edmund — a 37-year-old Singaporean and proud survivor of lupus, stroke, and kidney failure. Despite living with these conditions for over two decades, I’ve found strength, clarity, and purpose in the face of adversity.
You might wonder: “What can someone still battling health challenges teach me about optimal living?”
Here’s the truth: I don’t claim to be a doctor or expert. I’m a lifelong student of health and self-mastery. Through years of struggle and reflection, I’ve come to understand one thing deeply — you don’t need perfect conditions to live an inspired life.
This site, YEO INTERNATIONAL, is my way of giving back — by sharing what’s helped me rise, heal, and grow.
“Forget about the past, learn from it. Don't worry about the future. The only reality is the present.”
That quote from Sadhguru, along with a powerful session of Energy Bagua on 25 Feb 2025, gave me the courage to relaunch this blog. It’s not just about me — it’s about us. It’s for anyone who’s ever felt stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed by life, yet still believes in the possibility of better.
YEO INTERNATIONAL is divided into 5 practical sections to support your journey:
About – A window into my story and why I do what I do.
Thoughts – Insights and lessons from my personal journey in health, mindset, and growth.
Resources – Tools, books, videos, and daily practices I personally use and recommend.
Daily Routine – What I strive to do each day to stay grounded and aligned. Life evolves, and so do these habits.
Reach Edmund – Have a question? Message me anytime. I read every email and aim to reply within 48–72 hours.
I’m not a trained medical professional — just someone who’s deeply passionate about living better and learning every day. Please always consult your healthcare provider before trying anything new, especially if you’re facing health challenges.
To inspire.
To share.
To walk alongside you — not ahead, not behind.
If you're navigating life’s uncertainties, know this: your journey can still be beautiful, meaningful, and full of vitality.
Let’s explore the art of optimal living together.
With purpose and presence,
Edmund
